Our general terms and conditions for Europrofil

1. Delivery terms

For deliveries from Europrofil, the following apply in order:

2. Order

Europrofil accepts orders by telephone on 0587-818 80 or by email at order@europrofil.se.

2.1 Order confirmation

The customer is responsible for checking that the information on the order confirmation is correct. Any errors must be reported to Europrofil's customer service at order@europrofil.se within 24 hours.

3. Delivery terms

HLS unless otherwise specified.

4. Delivery date

Delivery date according to order confirmation. The specified delivery date refers to the date of dispatch from the factory.

5. Additional costs

5.1 Broken bundle/pallet Stock lengths

• Shared pallet 160 SEK.
• Shared bundle 216 SEK.

5.2 Cost of special lengths Inner wall

650 SEK per order line.

5.3 Cost of special lengths Exterior wall

100 SEK per order line.

5.4 Short lengths up to 2000 mm

For lengths under 2,000 mm, there is an additional charge of SEK 8 per profile, and the minimum chargeable length is 1,000 mm.

5.5 Logistics and packaging

Additional costs for special deliveries, such as open trucks or crane unloading, will be added.

Additional costs for long goods (profiles over 6 meters long) will be added.
Additional costs for EUR pallets, pallet collars, etc. will be added.

5.6 Forcing cost

If the customer requests a shorter delivery time than agreed, Europrofil will ensure that the shorter delivery time can be met. If a shorter delivery time is possible, additional costs will apply as specified below.

The additional cost for orders to be delivered the day after the order is placed is SEK 1650.

Additional cost for orders to be delivered 2–3 days after the order date: SEK 650

6. Order changes/cancellations

Changes/cancellations to orders must be submitted to Europrofil's customer service department by email at order@europrofil.se no later than 24 hours after receipt of the order confirmation.

For changes made after 24 hours, an additional cost of SEK 650/hour per hour started will be charged for the change.

For cancellations after 24 hours, 20% of the order value will be charged for stock items. For cancellations after 24 hours on special orders, 100% of the order value will be charged.

7. Returns

7.1 Supporting documentation

Returns must always be agreed in advance with Europrofil via email logistik@europrofil.se containing the following information:
• All order numbers
• Item name with length and quantity
• Pick-up address and when the goods are ready for pick-up
• Reason for return, for example, incorrect order, incorrect delivery, or surplus material.
Europrofil will book transport.

7.2 Compensation

Europrofil credits items in Europrofil's current standard range at 80% of the invoiced amount when the following conditions are met:
Stock lengths with standard marking.
Undamaged profiles and accessories in undamaged original packaging.
Tape-coated products are credited up to 6 months after the delivery date.

Handling costs will be charged. The customer will pay for return shipping.

8. Quantity calculation

Europrofil AB can prepare quantity calculations for incoming materials based on complete drawings submitted.

Additional cost for quantity calculation is SEK 650/hour or part thereof.

Quantity calculations performed by Europrofil AB should be regarded as a proposal based on the drawings submitted and other agreed conditions.

The quantity calculation aims for an accuracy of ±10%. It is the responsibility of the customer to make a reasonable assessment that the quantity calculation stated on the order confirmation corresponds to the scope of the project.
Europrofil AB accepts no design responsibility for the quantity calculation performed. Europrofil AB disclaims all liability for any damage caused by inaccuracies in the quantity calculation received.

9. Dimensioning (statics, fire, sound)

Europrofil AB does not engage in consulting or contracting activities and therefore accepts no responsibility for design. Guidance information on dimensioning from Europrofil AB must always be checked and verified by the responsible professional groups associated with the construction project in question (architects, designers, acousticians, fire engineers, etc.).
Europrofil AB disclaims all responsibility for any damage caused by incorrect information regarding dimensioning.
